Tristan can incorporate dry needling into his treatments when, in discussion with you, it is deemed beneficial & your consent is given.

Acupuncture is becoming more and more regularly used in UK medicine. It involves the inserting of very fine needles into the body, often without pain, but can cause a very short term sensation of pain to some. I use medical dry needling which is different to Chinese acupuncture which works along meridian lines. Dry needling focuses on the specific structures felt to be causing the symptoms, placing a needle to the required depth to affect that structure. All the needles Tristan uses are single use sterile needles and are perfectly safe.
