Introducing the Bingham Team

Tristan Hill (Osteopath)

I’m a fully qualified and GOsC-registered osteopath, I have been practicing Osteopathy since 2006. I have been working in Bingham 19 years, and have enjoyed this time helping the community.

I have a strong focus on patient led care with a very collaborative approach, allowing patients choice in how we approach their management. I used a combination of hands-on treatment, acupuncture and exercise prescription to achieve the necessary improvements, whilst I'm also happy to liaise with other professionals to make sure you as a patient get better in the best way possible.

I have a keen interest in music and have begun to explore treatment of singers in the last few years, studying this area in greater detail.

I'm always happy to ask any questions you may have so why not give us a call or email and we can work together through your issue.

Phoebe Pic

Phoebe Lavery-Wall (Osteopath)

I’m a fully qualified and GOsC-registered osteopath, and I’ve been in practice since completing my Masters in Osteopathy in January 2017. I work with people of all ages, suffering from a variety of aches & pains but I have a particular interest in paediatrics, women’s health and headache management.

Much of my practice focuses on supporting women during pregnancy and after birth, as well as caring for babies and children using gentle, age-appropriate techniques. I’ve completed postgraduate training in cranial osteopathy, which I often incorporate into treatments—especially with babies, those seeking a lighter approach, or people experiencing chronic tension.

I also have a strong interest in helping people manage recurrent headaches and migraines. Whether related to posture, tension, or lifestyle factors, I take a whole-body approach to help identify potential contributing factors and offer relief through hands-on treatment and advice.

I aim to provide thoughtful, individual care that supports day-to-day comfort and quality of life.

My treatment style is hands-on, calm and tailored to you. I always take time to listen, assess thoroughly, and work with you to create a plan that feels right for your body and your goals.

Holly Calver

Holly Calver (Sports Therapist)

Hi I’m Holly – as a keen sportswoman my interest in pursuing a degree and career in Sport Therapy developed after sustaining an injury that temporarily took me away from the activities I loved, but lead to an interest in rehabilitation. With a background in sport massage and gym instructing I went on to complete an MSc in Sport Therapy at Lincoln University.

Since qualifying I have worked alongside the physiotherapist at Nottingham Rugby and continue to provide pitch side first aid and sport therapy for local and regional rugby union leagues. I have also worked as a sport therapist and sport massage therapist in private clinics, travelling with the cast of a musical theatre and for ultramarathon events.

I have worked closely with individuals from a variety of backgrounds from athletes to those with every day aches and pains using manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation and education to prepare for events and optimise recovery.

Sport massage can be a great addition for overall wellbeing. Alongside relieving pain and discomfort, it can reduce stress, improve performance and the risk of injury. I am here to provide you with the treatment and tools to aid your recovery, prepare you for events or just release the stress from day to day life.
